All markers/Items are shipped in perfect working order; once delivery is signed for/delivered, it has been accepted by you (the customer).
If any of our items are found to be faulty within 14 days of purchase they may be returned for an identical item. If and identical item is not avalible, a substituit or refund maybe offered.
Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee
Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) are in the same condition as delivered. (As New)
The postage for return of products is the buyer’s responsibility.
